How to order

    • Orders accepted up to seven days in advance. - we do not recommend placing orders more than seven days ahead.

    *Please note, when placing orders by email:

    We always confirm receipt of emails, if you’ve not received confirmation, we might not have received your email. If not confirmed, please call to check.

    • The more time given - better the results! We make / prepare all products to order, so we need enough notice to prepare the food for your order!

      • All orders, require minimum of two working days’ notice. 

      • Large orders of 30 people or more, require minimum of 5 working days’ notice. 

      • We no longer accept orders for next day delivery. 

      • Twenty-four hours’ notice required for amendments or cancellations.

      • Orders can only be amended up to 12 pm the day before the delivery date.

      • We reserve the right to refuse to accept or deliver any order if terms are not adhered to.

    • We deliver Monday to Friday.

    • Breakfast delivered from 7.30 am to 9.00 am. Additional £40.00 per hour applies for earlier delivery.

    • Lunch delivered from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

    • We have a minimum order value of £70.

    • If you order is less than the minimun order value, a discretionary charge will be applied up to the minimum order value.

    •  This applies due to high costs incurred delivering.

    • BACS Payment is the preferred choice, Bank details on Invoice.

    • Online payments accepted Simply click the “Pay Now” button on invoice.

    • Corporate credit accounts, invoice is sent for each order and payable within the agreed time of either 14 or 30 days from date of invoice.

    • Customers will receive a monthly statement, showing all orders placed and any outstanding sums due.    

    • Eats & Leaves, products are supplied for direct customer use only.

    • Under no circumstances is our food to be re-sold to a third party.

    • Customers must comply with any instructions and recommendations of in relation to the storage and use of the products supplied (for example and without limitation, use by dates).

    • Eats & Leaves reserves the right to accept or refuse any credit account application and to terminate any such account at any time and need not give any reason for any such decision.

In 2011 we set-up our first central kitchen in Nine Elms London & ventured into corporate catering, offering high quality freshly prepared food. In 2016 we relocated to a larger premises in Battersea London SW11.   • We prepare and deliver high quality catering for Businesses, Groups & Events in Central London. We offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. Our products range from freshly baked breads, salads, canapes, buffets, cakes, pastries, to all the daily essentials a modern office requires. We also prepare tailor-made menus for individual companies. As well as catering for businesses and groups we also offer lunch bags for individuals within offices. We will always endeavour to fulfil any requests you may have!
